Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Substance use is a common problem we face as a society. Whether it is substance abuse or addiction, Advanced Counseling Services offers the latest treatment approaches. Treatment and education is offered for the individual and family as a whole. We have a licensed clinician that specializes in Substance Use Disorder.
Life Stressors
Sometimes individuals just need a safe place to talk! Since COVID19 we have seen a spike in social anxiety, work related stress, stress related to parenting, etc. Talk therapy and other psychological approaches can be utilized to help minimize stress or make the stressors more manageable. No problem is too big or small to discuss in a session and that is why each appointment is personalized. Psychotherapy is proven to be beneficial for our mental health, despite the presenting problem.
